Pickup policies

What can and can’t go in the per-pound bag?
The bag takes everyday machine-washable clothes: t-shirts, jeans, underwear, socks, pajamas, towels, sheets. Not allowed: delicate or dry-clean items (suits, silk, leather and faux leather, down, virgin wool, party dresses) or items needing stain removal — those are priced per item with our price list. At pickup we separate them with you and note them apart on the same order.
How do I know the weight is right?
We weigh with a digital scale at your door, in front of you, and send you a photo of the weight on WhatsApp. We only wash once you approve the price. If we find a difference at the shop (for example, very wet clothes), we tell you before processing.
When do you pick up and deliver?
We pick up Monday to Saturday in two slots: morning (9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.) and afternoon (2:00–5:00 p.m.). If you book before 11:00 a.m., we can pick up the same day in Zones 1 and 2, subject to availability. Standard delivery is 2 business days after pickup; rugs and carpets, 3 to 5 business days.
How do I pay?
When you receive your clean clothes: cash, Nequi, Daviplata, debit or credit card, or bank transfer. If you prefer, you can leave a deposit at pickup and pay the balance on delivery.
What if I’m not home when you come?
Let us know at least 2 hours ahead and we reschedule at no cost. If the courier comes in the agreed slot and there is no one to hand over or receive, the next visit costs your zone’s pickup fee. Someone else you authorize can also hand over or receive (front desk included, if you authorize it on WhatsApp).
What guarantee do I have on my clothes?
Every order is logged in our system with its detail and you get a digital receipt; you can follow the status in Track your order. Check pockets before handing over clothes — we are not liable for items left in them. Any issue is reported at the time of receipt. Our terms of service apply.
