Standard delivery is 2 business days. Special garments (wedding dresses, leather, dyeing) may take longer — we confirm when we receive them. If you’re in a hurry, ask us about priority service availability.

Yes — it’s called Lavadom: we pick up and deliver in northwest and north Bogotá (Las Ferias, Engativá, parts of Suba, Barrios Unidos, Teusaquillo, Salitre and now the north: Chicó, Chapinero, Usaquén and Cedritos). It’s for everyday clothes: we weigh them at your door with a digital scale, you approve the price ($3.000 per pound, minimum 10 pounds, or a flat-price Lavadom bag), we wash, dry and fold them without mixing with other customers’ clothes, and deliver in 2 business days. Yes: we pick them up, deep-clean them with disinfection and deodorizing, and deliver them in 3 to 5 business days. The price is per square meter: $18.000/m² (Persian, wool or long-pile rugs, $25.000/m²), with a minimum service of $27.000. The area is confirmed by measuring the rug at pickup.

It’s our specialty: fine garments, silks, suede, leather and faux leather, down, virgin wool, pleats, rugs, curtains, bedspreads and wedding, quinceañera and first communion dresses.

Yes, we offer tailoring: hemming, taking in, sizing up or down, zipper replacement (jean, jacket, small and medium), tapering, widening or reducing the waist, original jean cuffs, elbow and knee patches, and custom sewing.

We recommend picking them up within the first few days after the notice. After 35 days from the delivery date, we are not responsible for the garments. See the terms of service.

We accept cash, Nequi, Daviplata, debit or credit card and bank transfer. You can also leave a deposit when you drop off your clothes and pay the balance when you pick them up.
